is available for groups of 20 + youth.
This package includes expanded facilitation with two or more educators and additional materials support. Please select the "Visionary Circle" options in the registration form, and we will follow up to confirm Visionary Circle details.
Curriculum Materials Fee, Travel Fee, and Infant/Toddler Care Fee Policies
Curriculum Materials Fee
*$150 to $650 curriculum materials reimbursement fee assessed upon completion of 8-week program offering session. The exact amount is based on group size and chosen tier, and is clarified during your curriculum clarity call.
Travel Fee
*an additional $50 per hour is added for program offerings that exceed 10 miles distance from Ancestral Alchemy Academy's Home Campus in El Cerrito, CA.
Infant/Toddler Care
*Program offerings that include infants/toddlers (0 - 3) years old require a dedicated assistant teacher or volunteer. Additional staffing fees may apply.
